How Points Are Earned and Lost

Welcome to the Balls System — the heart of fantasy lacrosse scoring in Goal Crease Kings! Every play on the field can impact your fantasy team, and understanding how points are awarded or subtracted is key to becoming a champion. This system ensures that every action counts, from scoring goals to making game-changing saves. Here’s how it works:

Points for Actions:

• Goals: +5 points
• Assists: +3 points
• Ground Balls: +2 points
• Faceoff Wins: +1 point per win
• Saves (Goalie): +4 points per save
• Caused Turnovers: +2 points per turnover
• Goals Against (Goalie): -3 points per goal conceded
• Turnovers: -2 points per turnover
• Penalty Minutes: -1 point per minute of penalty time

Bonus Points for Special Achievements:

• Hat Trick (3 Goals): +3 bonus points
• Shutout (Goalie): +5 bonus points
• Assist to Goal Ratio (multiple assists on a single play): +2 bonus points
• Penalty Points:
• Red Card: -5 points
• Yellow Card: -2 points
